A full Roof Replacement is a major investment, and Summit homeowners deserve a crew that explains every material option instead of pushing whatever's easiest to install.
A Roof Replacement project touches every layer of your roof system, from decking to final shingle course, and every layer matters for how long it lasts.
Every Roof Replacement includes a pre-project walkthrough so there are no surprises once tear-off actually begins.
Every Roof Replacement crew lead's credentials are verified before your project is scheduled.
Materials staged and crews scheduled to minimize how long your Summit property sits exposed.
No mid-project line items you didn't approve first.
We explain the tradeoffs of each material option in terms that actually matter to you.
Most Summit Roof Replacement projects combine two or three of these elements, not just one in isolation.
Old roofing is stripped down to the decking, with any rotted or damaged boards replaced before rebuilding.
Ice and water barrier gets installed at eaves and valleys per current code requirements.
We offer a range of shingle grades so Summit homeowners can match budget to durability.
Metal replacement costs more upfront but often outlasts asphalt by decades in the right climate.
Poor attic ventilation shortens the life of a new roof, so we assess and upgrade it as part of most Roof Replacement jobs.
All old shingles, underlayment, and debris are hauled away as part of the Roof Replacement scope, not left for you to deal with.
We start with a conversation about your roof's age, material preferences, and timeline.
On-site assessment covers decking condition, ventilation, and material recommendations specific to your property.
You get a full written estimate covering materials, labor, and disposal before any tear-off is scheduled.
A final walkthrough confirms the finished roof matches the agreed scope before we consider the job done.
